Taiwan's Delegation

The Taiwanese students who presented were: Johnny Wang who discussed Taiwan and the UN, Oscar Wu who reported on Acer, and Erick Chen who reported on a private aid organization in Taiwan, Tzu Chi. Only Johnny is pictured here (third from left). The others in the picture are some of the students who helped organize the conference. All of the students were so incredibly helpful. The principal of the school is Tu Kuei Tsung and Shing-chong Lu, also known as Lewis, came up with the idea of the conference and organized it. The school was exclusively a boys school until several years ago. Now, there are a few majors for girls and there are about 90 girls out of a total student population of 2874 in grades 10-12.

The school was established in 1942 by the Japanese colonial government, National Changhua Senior High School was originally known as "Taichung State Changhua High School", which was a four-year secondary school. Students test into the school and it is one of the best secondary schools in the country.

Below are a few pictures from the conference party.
